No. All Clearwater maintenance plans are month-to-month with no annual commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We earn your business every month.
Your service visit never gets skipped. We maintain a backup coverage system so another certified technician covers your route. That tech has full access to your pool's service history and chemistry notes before they arrive.
Every visit is GPS-logged and timestamped. You'll receive a digital service report the same day with arrival time, photos, and chemistry readings. There's a verifiable paper trail for every single visit.
We do offer one-time service calls, though they're priced differently from recurring plans. Call us at (918) 502-0447 or fill out a quote request and we'll get you a price for a one-time visit.
Routine chemicals (chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity balancers) applied during a standard visit are included in your plan. Specialty chemicals for shock treatments, algae recovery, or green pool situations may be priced separately depending on quantity used.
Our maintenance plans are designed for in-ground pools. We do not currently offer recurring service for above-ground pools, though we can help with one-time chemical balancing or equipment repairs on a case-by-case basis.
